Meet Katie Partlow
In 2020, Katie transitioned from the fast-paced world of startups in Los Angeles to move back to the DMV and connect with her hometown roots through real estate.
Born and raised here, Katie has unique insights into how the Greater Washington region has developed over the years and what neighborhoods are poised for exciting growth. She has sold homes in Virginia, D.C., and Maryland with a particular focus on new homeowners. Being a Millennial herself, Katie takes delight in helping a new generation discover the benefits of home ownership (#adulting).
Katie was born in Alexandria, raised in Arlington, and currently lives in West Alexandria with her partner Carl and dogs Hoagie and Paisley.
